What materials do you use to make your glassware?

Each glass is painted with acrylic paint and sealed with a food-safe resin. 

Can I put my glasses in the dishwasher?

I would recommend hand washing only and not soaking your glasses in water. High temperatures, like that of a dishwasher, can cause the resin coating to uncure. This will cause the glass to become sticky and the resin and paint may peel off entirely.

What is your turnaround time?

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all glasses are made to order. There is a 5-7 business day processing time after placing your order.

What are your shipping times?

Shipping times are usually 5-7 days after the order processing time. Although, most MN shipments arrive in a few days.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Not currently. This may change in the future.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

I do not offer order pickup at this time. 

What glasses do you use?

Glass brands can vary from product to product but I mainly use Libbey and Acopa brand glassware. All glasses I use are listed as “lead-free” from their manufactures. 

Do you offer returns or cancelations?

I do not offer returns or cancellations. However, if your glassware is broken during shipment I do provide replacements free of charge or a full refund if the broken item was one-of-a-kind. I try to pack my items very well to avoid broken products, but once a package leaves my hands it is out of my control. Photos of broken glassware must be emailed to mmartidesigns@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please use extreme caution when handling broken items.
